3. Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and protect our clients' creations. Our services, including Virtual Assistant models, app designs, and original music tracks, are safeguarded by copyright laws. You’re granted limited usage rights for your customized implementations.

 

4. Liability

We strive to provide excellent service, but we cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from service usage. You’re responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of your data.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, we encourage open communication and collaboration. If unresolved, we’ll seek resolution through arbitration or mediation, as outlined in this agreement.

 

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required upfront to initiate all projects. For Virtual Assistant services, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—if you’re unsatisfied, we’ll work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund based on the work completed. For custom web and mobile apps and original music, all sales are final due to the bespoke nature of the work; however, we offer unlimited revisions during the process to ensure your satisfaction. Non-refundable costs include services already rendered and third-party fees. If you have concerns, contact us immediately—we’re committed to fair and prompt resolution.
